Laura M. Marlier bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 300 Moffett Road in Lake Bluff from Harry R. Von Huben and Corinne S. Von Huben for $455,000 on Dec. 21.

The 2,336-square-foot home in Lake Bluff East was built in 1953.

According to her public LinkedIn profile, Marlier is an interior designer and the owner of Laurel Designs.

Marlier, along with Brian Marlier, sold a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 343 N. Ahwahnee Road in Lake Forest for $2.56 million in May 2012.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 101 home sales in Lake Bluff during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $495,000.
