He previously served as vice president of logistics operations and vice president of transportation at Sears Holdings Corporation. He has also worked at Dr. Pepper/Seven Up Inc. and Frito Lay.

He has a B.S. in business administration from Miami University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 97 home sales in West Dundee during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $193,000.
