The home was built in 1945.

Ms. Palmer is an equity compensation specialist who has served as an associate in the equity compensation accounting department of Goldman Sachs.

She also worked as an assistant vice president for stock plan services at Smith Barney.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 171 home sales in Pelham Pkwy. in 2008, with median sales price of $170,000.
