The Guagentis paid $525,000 for the property in Sept. 2006. The 1,360-square-foot house was built in 1920 in the Schuylerville/Throgs Neck/Edgewater Park neighborhood.

Carmen Guagenti is an administrator and coordinator at Kaish & Taub Development Group, a development and construction group based in New York City. She completed a bachelor's degree in accounting at Herbert H. Lehman College in the Bronx.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 134 home sales in Schuylerville during the past 12 months, with a median price of $392,000.
