Prior to URS, he served as an engineer at Metcalf & Eddy, an engineering technician at Con Edison and a laboratory assistant at Manhattan College.

He earned both his B.S. in chemical engineering and his M.S. in chemical engineering from Manhattan College.

According to Blockshopper.com, there were three condo sales in East Concourse/Concourse Village in 2008, with median sales price of $151,000.
