Melissa L. Sontag Broudo and Aaron Broudo bought condo Unit #1 at 214 Park Place in Brooklyn from Lea Siegel for $1.3 million on Sept. 1.

The 7,571-square-foot unit is part of the 214 Park Place development, which was built in 1900.

Ms. Broudo is a staff attorney at The Children's Law Center in Brooklyn. Her practice focuses on children in Brooklyn Family Court n custody, visitation, paternity, and family offense cases.

She graduated from the joint J.D. / M.P.H. program at the Georgetown University Law Center and the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Broudo is an associate at Davis & Gilbert LLP in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 45 condo sales in Prospect Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $710,000.
