Mounir Khalil sold a four-bedroom, three-bath at 1539 E. Ninth St. in Brooklyn to Stephen and Rachelle Haddad for $915,000 on Sept. 3.

The 1,440-square-foot home was built in 1930 in the Homecrest neighborhood.

Khalil has been associate professor and coordinator of disability services at the Cohen Library of the City College of New York. He also served as co-chair of the disability services roundtable at the Library Association of the City University of New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 45 condo sales in Prospect Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $710,000.
