Digital marketing co. exec spends $1.5M in Windsor Terrace

Medium 589414a1df3c269f863b27f77f16e96b Jad and Farran Nehme bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1629 10th Ave. in Brooklyn from Eric and Lynne Poulos for $1.15 million on Sept. 23.

The 3,120-square-foot home was built in 1901 in the Windsor Terrace neighborhood.

Mr. Nehme is vice president of engineering at 24/7 Real Media Inc., a New York-headquartered global digital marketing company.

He previously was a senior director of development at ContextWeb. Before that, he was director of engineering at Doubleclick and was a software engineer at Sony. He also worked at Alcatel as a project engineer.

He attended Carnegie Mellon University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,036 sales in Brooklyn in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $517,000.
