Mary Jo Winiarski and Daniel Heffernan sold a condo at 14 Boerum St. in Brooklyn from Moshe Goldberger for $280,000 on Sept. 10.

Unit #4D is one of 30 units in the eight-story condo development at 14 Boerum St. in the East Williamsburg neighborhood.

Winiarski is a set designer at the Institute for Arts and Humanities Education in New Brunswick, N.J.

According to Blockshopper.com, there have been 1,539 condo sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $282,000.
