Michael Krotman bought a 2,117-square-foot home at 3088 Bedford Ave. in Brooklyn from Harriet and Seymour Grumet for $850,000 on Sept. 15.

The property was built in 1930 in the neighborhood of Midwood.

Krotman is the president of Paris Heating, a heating and air conditioning contractor firm.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,709 sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $448,000.
