Alex G. Goykhman bought an apartment at 10 Ave. P in Brooklyn from Pavel Erlikhman for $267,000 on Oct. 5.

Erlikhman and Yana Shayayeva bought Unit #2K for $280,000 on Oct. 2004. The 812-square-foot unit is in a low-rise apartment building in the Bensonhurst East neighborhood.

Goykhman is an intern and green research analyst at TerraFusion, a green construction materials company.

He previously worked for a residential construction company and also was a records keeper and performed data entry at EcoBrooklyn.

He received a B.A. in economics and political science from the City University of New York - Hunter College in 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,522 condo sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $285,000.
