The 3,870-square-foot house, which was built in 2000, is in the Bay Ridge neighborhood.

Dr. Khosrof is an ophthalmologist and the owner of Bay Ridge Eye and Retina Specialist, P.C.

He is also the director of ophthalmology service at All City Family Ambulatory Surgery Center.

He earned his M.D. from Aleppo University School of Medicine and had his residencies in State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine and Tulane University School of Medicine in surgery.

He is also fluent in Arabic and French.

Dr. Tahawi is a periodontist in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,717 sales in Brooklyn in 2008, with a median price of $450,000.
