Peter and Elizabeth Pantelidis bought a 3,190-square-foot home at 120 85th St. in Brooklyn from Donald Mckaba and the estate of Albert Samara for $1.3 million on Sept. 18.

The home was built in 1899 in the Bay Ridge neighborhood.

Mr. Pantelidis is COO of Pan Brothers Associates, a New York-based family owned real estate investment management, development, and brokerage company.

He has over 37 years of experience in construction and real estate development. He is a licensed real estate broker.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,709 sales in Brooklyn in 2008, with median sales price of $448,000.
