Chanie Lieberman and Shloma Lieberman bought a condo at 262 Skillman St. in Brooklyn from Deluxe Development Inc. for $520,000 on Sept. 29.

Unit #1A is in the 260 Skillman St. condo development, built in 2004.

Mr. Lieberman is a licensed social worker in private practice in Brooklyn and Elizabeth, N.J.

His specialty is in addictions, career planning, marital planning, pre-marital counseling, sexual difficulties, spiritual/religious issues and substance abuse.

He formerly served as social services director for Sephardic Bikur Holim, a non-profit mental health and social service agency.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,507 condo sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $285,000.
