The 1,870-square-foot house was built in 1970.

Ms. Bavaro is the ABA director at Image Academy.

She received her BA from NYU and obtained her Master's Degree (SAS) from the College of Staten Island.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,036 sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $517,000.
