Film production founder spends $1.296M in Windsor Terrace

Medium 48edfd76e84ef4be380cb516fea17cae Robin Forsythe, Adam Toht and Charlotte Forsythe bought a home at 102 Windsor Place in Windsor Terrace from Elaine Geller and Frederick Burnett for $1.296 million on Oct. 26.

The 1,930-square-foot house was built in 1915.

Toht is the director and founder of The Saline Project, a film production outfit in Brooklyn.

He attended Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

According to, there have been 92 home sales in Windsor Terrace during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $496,000.
