The Eliases paid $915,000 for the property in July 2006. The 2,174-square-foot house was built in 1910.

Ms. Ozeri-Elias is a licensed real estate broker with more than 23 years of experience in Manhattan Real Estate. She serves as the senior vice president of The Corcoran Group, a real estate company founded in 1973.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 113 home sales in Midwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $554,250.
