Nechama and Israel Rosenberg bought a 2,932-square-foot home at 4010 Ave. P in Marine Park from the estate of Frances L. Kortland for $735,000 on Oct. 12.

The home was built in 1920.

Ms. Rosenberg is on the faculty of the Yeshiva University Center for the Jewish Future in New York. She also is on the faculty of Afikei Torah, an intensive Torah study program.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 159 home sales in Marine Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $460,000.
