Evan Sklar and Michelle H. Preli sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 30 Main St. in DUMBO to David and Lauren Smetana for $2.525 million on Oct. 28.

The 2,474-square-foot Unit #8G is one of the 85 units in The Sweeney Building, a 32-story development built in 1910 in Dumbo.

Both Sklar and Preli attended Columbia University and Bard College.
