Sean Dimin and Bethany T. Obrecht bought a five-bedroom, two-bath home at 490 Halsey St. in Stuyvesant Heights from Phyllis McCann and Mildred Mceachin for $490,000 on Nov. 18.

The 2,580-square-foot house was built in 1899 in Stuyvesant Heights.

Dimin is the co-founder of Sea to Table, a family owned and operated business that connects fishermen with restaurants.

He attended Brown University.

Ms. Obrecht is president at Found My Animal, which produces pet accessories, and is a producer at Tenth and Hudson. Previously, she was an assignment editor at Against all Odds USA, Inc., a retailer of men's apparel and footwear.

She attended the Rhode Island School of Design.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 144 home sales in Stuyvesant Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,000.
