Deutsche Bank V.P. leaves Bath Beach home

Medium 02f6f55ada0fc0ed5ca90c946601d78e Eugene Zavadsky and Katherine Zavadsky sold a home at 306 Bay 14th St. in Bath Beach to Yelena Liderman for $530,000 on Nov. 15.

The Zavadskys paid $470,000 for the property in March 2005. The 1,392-square-foot house was built in 1950.

Mr. Zavadsky is the vice president at Deutsche Bank, global investment bank. Prior to Deutche Bank, he was a senior software engineer and project manager at Moody's Investors Service. He also worked as a senior consultant at Binary Tree, was co-owner of Tigercub Software, and a software developer at Wunderman.

He attended Polytechnic University

Ms. Zavadsky is a business analyst of asset backed securities at Fitch Ratings, New York. She previously served as data analyst at Standard & Poor's. She also worked as an associate at Deutsche Bank and an application administrator at Sapphire Technologies.

She attended the New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 68 home sales in Bath Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $591,000.
