Shelley Goldberg and Anthony Writer bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 240 Carroll St. in Carroll Gardens/Columbia St. from Alexander Horton and Lynne Millar for $2.3 million on March 27.

The condo, Unit 4, is in the 240 Carroll St. condominium development, which was built in 1920 in Carroll Gardens/Columbia St.

Writer is the founder of Headspace, an independent qualitative research and ideation company. Previously, he worked as an associate director at Informer Brand Development and as a senior researcher at The Strategic Research Group.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 41 condo sales in Carroll Gardens/Columbia St. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $520,000.
