Paulette Gerkovich bought a condo at 200 Congress St. in Brooklyn from Apryl E. Hand for $400,000 on Aug. 12.

The condo Unit #114 was built in 1952 in the Cobbie Hill neighborhood.

Gerkovich is a director of diversity and firm ombud at McKinsey & Co., a management consulting firm.

She previously worked with Booz Allen Hamilton as senior manager for diversity change. She also was senior director at Catalyst prior to Booz Allen Hamilton.

She completed a bachelor's degree at Temple University and received her master's degree and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland College Park.

Hand is a partner with the law firm Lewis & Hand LLP.

She previously worked with the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.

She completed a bachelor's degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville and received her J.D. from the Tulane University Law School in New Orleans.
