Design exec sells Park Slope condo

Medium 6e2f1203591c5b49c908d48df1858679 Zoya Eydelman sold a condo at 814 Carroll St. in Park Slope to Sarah Dennis and Gregory M. Dennis for $415,000 on Nov. 3.

Eydelman paid $362,500 for the property in December 2005. Unit #72 is part of the eight-story 814 Carroll St. condo development, which was built in 1950. It is located in the Park Slope Historic District.

Ms. Eydelman has been a design director and senior designer.

She previously was senior interface designer at C&G Partners. She also worked as senior designer at VSA Partners, senior information designer at Plumb Design, and designer at Interactive Bureau. Prior to that, she was a senior designer at Circle.com and a junior designer at Agency.com.

She attended the University of The Arts.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 124 condo sales in Park Slope during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $585,000.
