Gary Max Songco and Trudy Lynn Songco acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 4250 Putting Green in Northern Hills from Verna L. Bradley on Nov. 12.

Bradley acquired the property from the estate of Robert S. Bradley in July 2003. The house, which was built in 1978, is valued at $153,180.

Dr. Songco is a pulmonary medicine specialist in San Antonio. He has been affiliated with The Methodist Hospital in Houston, the Metropolitan Methodist Hospital and the Nix Health Care System in San Antonio, and the Baptist Memorial Center in San Angelo.

He earned his M.D. from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed his residency at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 106 home sales in Northern Hills during the past 12 months.
