Cheri Wesloh acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2103 Seven Pines St. in Adams Hill from Lupe Victorino and Sarah Flores Victorino on Nov. 2.

The Victorinos acquired the property from Mary K. Chetkovich in Aug. 2009. The 1,529-square-foot home, which was built in 1972, is valued at $66,020.

Wesloh is the owner of It's the Tropics, a flower and gift shop in San Antonio.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 72 home sales in Adams Hill during the past 12 months.
