Flag manufacturing co. CEO acquires North Central 4BD

Medium c8d821fb5019e9567b6ff87769ce6377 Henry and Rena Van De Putte acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 819 Magnolia Mist in North Central from Beatrice M. Vela on Oct. 22.

Vela acquired the property from Mauro Gallardo in March 2010. The 1,888-square-foot home in The Park at Vista Del Norte subdivision, which was built in 2003, is valued at $148,790.

Mr. Van De Putte is president and CEO of the Dixie Flag Manufacturing Company of San Antonio. He is also head of program at Marianist LIFE South, where he previously served as head of temporalities. He earlier worked at ESPN Inc. as a corporate communications and outreach assistant.

He has a B.A. in political science from St. Mary's University.

Ms. Van De Putte is a consultant at the San Antonio office of Booz Allen Hamilton, a strategy and technology consulting firm. She most recently served as an account executive at Arcos Communications. Earlier in her career, she served as an assistant to the director of public relations at Luca Luca and at Norma Kamali.

She has a B.A. in sociology from St. Mary's University and an M.S. in public relations and corporate communications from New York University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,311 home sales in North Central during the past 12 months.
