Andres Burciaga and Lisa R. Gonzales acquired a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 14110 Purple Martin in Southeast San Antonio from Erik Drew Harley on Nov. 22.

Harley acquired the property from the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in Oct. 2009. The 1,367-square-foot home in Heatherwood, which was built in 2005, has a market value of $100,810.

Burciaga has served as a sales manager at the San Antonio office of Grimco, Inc., a national sign supply company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,884 home sales in Southeast San Antonio during the past 12 months.
