The Cardenas acquired the property in Dec. 2001. The 1,962-square-foot house was built in 1997. It is valued at $155,060.

Nabil Jadallah is the president of Belfiore Enterprises Limited. He previously was a military affairs advisor at the Department of Air Force.

He attended Cuesta College.
