Kalbus acquired the property in Oct. 2009. The 2,657-square-foot house was built in 1993 and is valued at $249,100.

Dr. Garza is an optometrist who owns Andros Eye Center.

He obtained his doctorate of optometry from the University of Houston in 1999 and earned extensive experience as a government contractor for the United States Air Force.
