Kevin G. Arneil and his wife, Stephanie, bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 23818 Fairway Canyon in Timberwood Park from Joanna Kathleen Marsh on Dec. 30.

Marsh bought the property in October 2006. The 2,014-square-foot house was built in 2003 in Mountain Lodge subdivision and is valued at $183,770.

Mr. Arneil works as a buyer at Vulcan Materials Company, a company which is principally engaged in the production, distribution and sale of construction materials. He was formerly the company's procurement specialist.

He has a degree in business from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 481 home sales in Timberwood Park during the past 12 months.
