Engineering firm officer sells Hockessin 3BD

Medium 81a6d5e4c0396e6fc204e5ab11630cc1 Roberto Casini sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 22 Quail Hollow Drive in Hockessin to Michael J. Bush for $289,900 on Dec. 24.

Casini paid $270,000 for the property in June 2004. The 1,249-square-foot house was built in 1979.

Mr. Casini is a general manager at Tenmat, Inc., a company that manufactures engineering materials and components.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 135 home sales in Hockessin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $359,500.
