Pulcini is the owner of Joanna Pulcini Literary Management, a literary agency based in Bridgehampton, N.Y.

Prior to forming the agency in 2001, she spent six years as an associate agent at Linda Chester and Associates. She also worked as an editorial assistant at Vintage Books.

She graduated from Catholic University and completed her post-graduate education at Boston College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 875 sales in Center City East in 2008, with a median sales price of $300,000.
