Paul Rhodes of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent. Santisi bought the property for $395,000 in Oct. 2005. The 1,008-square-foot house was built in 1920 at Queen Village in the Bella Vista/Southwark neighborhood.

Santisi has been a self-employed information technology engagement manager since 2006.

She previously has worked for Resolute, a business and technology consulting firm in Bellevue, Wash., as business development director. Before she assumed that position in 2005, she was a major account manager at Diversified Software.

She graduated from Ohio University in 1984.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 391 home sales in Wharton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $214,000.
