Geslani paid $118,500 for the property in July 2008. The 840-square-foot house was built in 1925.

Ms. Cavalli has been the marketing communications manager of global marketing at Right Management.

She previously was the firm's marketing director for the Mid-Atlantic region. Before joining Right Management, she worked as an office manager at Manchester.

She attended Villanova University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 283 home sales in Schuylkill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $266,000.
