Luke A. Meisner and Toolsi Meisner sold a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 924 Spruce St. in Center City East to Douglas and Claire Miraglia for $470,000 on Oct. 20.

Meisner and Gowin paid $455,000 for the condo in Jan. 2006. Unit #201 is part of the Portico Row condo development.

Mr. Meisner is a litigation associate at the Philadelphia office of the law firm Dechert LLP, where he concentrates his practice on products liability, accounting malpractice and commercial litigation.

He received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of North Carolina.

Ms. Meisner is an attorney adviser with the Washington D.C.-based organization, Aequitas: The Prosecutors' Resource on Violence Against Women.

She most recently was a staff attorney for the National Center for Prosecution of Child Abuse at the American Prosecutors Research Institute. Prior to that, she worked as an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia.

She holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
