Realty attorney deals Cedar Park home

Medium 0508c28e646f05cfd339447b9e7f0a8b Melanie Breaux and Justin Flax sold a home at 519 S. 46th St. in Cedar Park to Julie Shapiro and Gabriel Quinn Bauriedel for $575,000 on Nov. 1.

Breaux and Flax acquired the home for $350,000 on April 2008. The 2,817-square-foot house was built in 1925.

Breaux, a real estate attorney, is an associate at WolfBlock, LLP. Prior to that, she was an apartment complex residential manager at Property Growth Fund of Los Angeles. She also worked as executive program administrator at Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles.

Additionally, she was a research assistant to law professor Regina Austin at the University of Pennsylvania.

She attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, the University of California-Los Angeles
and the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 17,235 home sales in Philadelphia-Cedar Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $96,000.
