Philly city planner gets home in Wharton

Medium 4f5a1b06ec8d92ef42d6310504d8d100 Laura M. Spina and Anthony V. Mannino bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1207 Annin St. in Philadelphia from Olde Glory Builders, LLC for $410,000 on Nov. 15.

The 2,200-square-foot house was built in 1920 in Wharton.

Spina has been a city planner at the City of Philadelphia-Philadelphia City Planning Commission. She previously served as a planner at the City of Philadelphia - Historical Commission. She interned at New Jersey Historic Trust.

She attended The George Washington University and Rosemont College.
