Alfredo Lathrop and Rose Marie Lathrop bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 400 S. Broad St. in Center City East from Symphony House Associates LP for $900,000 on Feb. 4.

The condo, Unit #1402, is part of the 400 S. Broad St. development, which was built in 2007.

Lathrop is the senior vice president of human resources at CIGNA International, a global health service company. Prior to his current role, he served as company's vice president of human resources for Latin America and North America.

He received his B.S. in business administration from the University of Technology of Chile.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 429 home sales in Center City East during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
