Healthcare information systems exec grabs Center City condo

Medium ee1eacdeb4a42d54e730271af95212df Patrick B. Cline bought a one-bedroom condo at 1500 Chestnut St. in Center City West from Pitcairn Properties for $439,000 on Sept. 8.

The 1,294-square-foot Unit #20H is in The Ellington, a condo conversion located in the heart of Center City.

Cline is director and president of the NextGen Healthcare Information Systems Division Quality Systems Inc. in Irvine, Calif. He assumed the position in 1996.

He co-founded Clinitec in 1994 and served as its president. Quality Systems acquired Clinitec in 1996. He has held senior positions in the healthcare information systems industry since 1981.

The Ellington, which was built in 1922, has 160 units on 21 units.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 258 condo sales in Center City West in 2008, with a median sales price of $339,900.
