Bebe H. Kivitz and Jay E. Kivitz bought a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome at 306 S. Front St. in Center City East from Beryl Simonson and Elaine Simonson for $925,000 on Dec. 6.

The Simonsons paid $785,604 for the property in Sept. 2000. The 2,928-square-foot townhouse was built in 1975.

Ms. Kivitz is a private practicing lawyer.

She received her J.D. from Temple University and her B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Simonson is a managing director at RSM McGladrey Inc. and a partner at McGladrey & Pullen LLP, which provides assurance, tax and consulting services. He is a former president and partner with Simonson, Lipschutz and Fogel, P.C.
