Whitney Slavinskas sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 50 Cardiff Park, in Brighton, to Charles Laraway and Holly Dunn for $160,000 on Dec. 26.

The 1,560-square-foot, two-story home last sold for $171,000 in May 2010.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 435 home sales in Brighton during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $160,000.
