Eva Gu and Shi Chao Yu bought a home at 67-77 Groton St. in Queens from Andrew Wang for $600,000 on Aug. 28.

The 1,400-square-foot house was built in 1940 in the Forest Hills neighborhood.

Ms. Gu has served as a clinical analyst at the Hospital for Special Surgery, an orthopedic hospital in New York City.

According to BlockShopper.com,, there were 7,502 home sales in Queens in 2008, with a median sales price of $438,000.
