The 1,232-square-foot house was built in 1940 in the Bayside/Bayside Hills neighborhood.

Dr. Alianakian practices optometry at Multi-Specialty Physician Group, Vision Care in New York City. She is also affiliated with the Harlem Hospital Center, and is also an assistant clinical professor in the clinical sciences department at the SUNY State College of Optometry.

She received her B.S. in biology from St. John's University and her D.O. from the State University of New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 7,547 sales in Queens in 2008, with a median sales price of $437,225.
