Jane Scansaroli, Jayne Loporto, John M. Scansaroli, and Jay A. Scansaroli sold a home at 35-72 164th St. in Queens to Peter Kim and Eun Moo Kim for $830,000 on Sept. 24.

The 2,898-square-foot house was built in 1925 in the Murray Hill neighborhood.

Ms. Loporto has served as a part-time faculty member at St. John's University.

He earned his B.A. from St. Joseph's College, his bachelor's in education from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and his M.S. from Fordham. He also holds a Ph.D. from Queens College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 7,530 home sales in Queens in 2008, with a median sales price of $435,000.
