Broadway actress buys in Forest Hills

Medium 541568f37fa0966299bf5653d2994b6b Leah Zepel and David Schulman bought a 1,571-square-foot home at 89-19 69th Ave. in Queens from Paramjeet and Sarabjeet Bhatia for $642,000 on Oct. 1.

The Bhatias paid $623,000 for the property in June 2006.

The 1,571-square-foot home was built in 2005 in the Forest Hills neighborhood.

Zepel is a stage actress who has appeared on several Broadway shows including The Unsinkable Molly Brown, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Fiddler on the Roof and Paint Your Wagon.

She is a graduate of Los Angeles Theatre Academy.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,544 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $430,000.
