Dentist, professor settle in Queens Village

Medium 537b5e86e9d4decfc8493d53a834c697 Dr. Hyang Rim Lee and Murali Devi bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 98-35 211th St. in Queens from Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., and Saxon Asset Securities Trust 2007 4 for $260,000 on Sept. 29.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., foreclosed on the property in Dec. 2008. The 2,272-square-foot house was built in 1940 in the Queens Village neighborhood.

Dr. Lee is a dentist and the founder of Laser Dental P.C. in Bayside and Great Neck. She earned her D.D.S. from the NYU College of Dentistry and completed her residency at N.Y. Methodist Hospital.

Mr. Devi works as an assistant professor of computer science at Long Island University, where he also earned his M.S. degree.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,544 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $430,000.
