Otis Christie and Sharmaine Christie sold a home at 219-11 132nd Road in Queens to Regine Thomas and Margaret E. Davy for $365,000 on Oct. 19.

The 1,250-square-foot house was built in 1995 in the Laurelton neighborhood.

Mr. Christie is the account executive in the specialized services of YRC Worldwide, one of the largest transportation service providers in the world, headquartered in Overland Park, Kan. Prior to this, he served as senior account manager and national account manager at UPS.

He earned a degree in communications and political science from City University of New York School of Law at Queens College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,787 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $425,000.
