Boris Shakhmurov bought a 1,368-square-foot home at 61-32 185th St. in Queens from Suzanna Daniarov and Edward Malayev for $430,000 on Oct. 29.

Daniarov and Malayev paid $620,000 for the property in Aug. 2007.

The 1,368-square-foot home was built in 1940 in the Fresh Meadows/Utopia neighborhood.

Shakhmurov has served as a global risk and audit coordinator with Deutsche Bank in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,861 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $423,000.
