Nick Avrameas bought a home at 61-40 213th St. in Oakland Gardens from Zakel Realty, LLC, for $705,000 on Nov. 4.

Zakel Realty, LLC, bought the property for $200,000 in Dec. 2004. The 2,268-square-foot house was built in 1950.

Avrameas has served in the sales division of the broadcasting services of ATC Teleports, which provides satellite uplinks and downlinks for broadcasters and ISPs and PTTs in different countries. He has also served as an account executive at Hit Catcher Web Hosting, which offers web and networking solutions.

There have been 114 sales in Oakland Gardens in 2008, with a median price of $710,000.
